Terms and Conditions – 99ba Online Gaming Platform Pakistan

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 99ba online gaming platform, accessible at 99ba.online, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered through the platform.

By creating an account at 99ba, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 99ba platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and play at 99ba, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register or operate accounts at 99ba.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

99ba reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the period specified in the request, 99ba may suspend the account pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one active account at 99ba. Registering or attempting to register more than one account is a breach of these Terms. 99ba uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended permanently and any funds or bonuses held across those accounts will be forfeited without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 99ba account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Using a false name, a borrowed identity, or any inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension with forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99ba login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. 99ba will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 99ba support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

99ba may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, after a certain cumulative deposit threshold, or following a large win. Acceptable verification documents may include a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identity document. Accounts that fail verification checks or refuse to submit required documents may be suspended pending resolution.

4. Deposits & Payments

99ba accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 99ba does not charge fees on deposits made via local Pakistani payment methods. Card deposits may be subject to fees imposed by your card issuer.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 99ba wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method.
• 99ba reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes may be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Funds deposited at 99ba may only be used for gaming and betting on the platform. They may not be transferred to other users.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance from your 99ba wallet at any time, subject to the conditions below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and IBFT bank transfers. Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the same name as your 99ba account. 99ba does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 Processing Times

99ba aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). IBFT bank transfers are processed the same business day. There are no withdrawal fees charged by 99ba for Pakistani payment methods.

5.3 Conditions for Withdrawal

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• 99ba may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification or fraud investigation. Players will be notified if this occurs.
• A withdrawal will be declined if the account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 99ba offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit at 99ba may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where applicable) are stated in the welcome bonus terms at the time of the offer.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. They may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another player.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 99ba reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus if it believes the player is abusing the promotional system or exploiting a technical error.
• Players who consistently withdraw close to the minimum bonus wagering threshold across multiple promotions may be flagged as bonus abusers and have their bonus eligibility reviewed or removed.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time limit. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from the account automatically.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed at 99ba are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which they are placed, as well as the general betting rules below.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 99ba does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where expressly permitted in the specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting round, 99ba reserves the right to declare the round void and return all stakes to the players involved.
• Odds and payouts displayed at the time of placing a bet are the rates that will apply to that bet. 99ba does not retrospectively adjust odds after a bet has been accepted.
• The minimum bet across all game categories at 99ba is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering terms of the applicable bonus as described in Section 6.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

99ba is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer card games or poker-style games at 99ba.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks after depositing and wagering at 99ba.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Registering or using multiple accounts to obtain bonus credits repeatedly.

99ba cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies where evidence of serious misconduct is identified. Records of suspicious activity are retained and may be shared with appropriate authorities without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

99ba's total liability to any individual player for any single incident shall not exceed the amount that player deposited in the 30 days preceding the incident that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 99ba's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

99ba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful activity is suspected or confirmed on the account.
• The player has requested account closure via the responsible gaming self-exclusion process.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, 99ba will notify the player by email and advise on the expected resolution timeline where it is safe to do so. Verified balances on suspended accounts may be returned following the outcome of an investigation, at 99ba's sole discretion. Balances on accounts closed for Terms violations will be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for reasons other than problem gambling may contact 99ba support at any time. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled at the conclusion of the relevant event, and the available balance will be paid out via the player's registered withdrawal method.

14. Amendments to These Terms

99ba may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, 99ba will attempt to notify registered players via the email address on their account.

Your continued use of the 99ba platform after any revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
